Fried Pork with Chilli
It's really too much to eat. It's really not on the table for seconds. This dish is delicious, can't stop chopsticks, and is oily and fat.

Step
1
Oil, fragrant oil.
2
Screw pepper cutting hob block

Sliced pork belly

Garlic is clapped and chopped (garlic is used in two parts, and a little more is needed before it is finally taken out of the pot)
3
Add a little soy sauce before the pork belly is put into the pot.
4
Heat the oil in the pan, fry the pork belly slowly, and fry it until it is golden on both sides (at this time, the oil in the pan will become slightly more, and oil will be produced during frying the pork belly)
5
Stir-fry the garlic powder with the remaining base oil in the pan (if there is too much base oil, add a little), stir-fry the pepper with screws, and add a little salt to taste the pepper (don't add too much salt, and season it later)
6
When the screw pepper is fried until it is almost broken but not yet broken, return the spiced pork to the pan and stir-fry for a few times, add raw soy sauce and soy sauce to season (the ratio I added is about 1:1), stir-fry until the screw pepper is broken, add the remaining garlic powder to stir-fry the garlic flavor, and then turn off the fire and put it out.
