Almond tile, also known as tile almond crisp, is one of my favorite little desserts, and one of the bakeries I often like to make at home. As the Chinese New Year is approaching, you can make such a small dessert as a snack for the Chinese New Year. It is delicious and delicious.

Take out the refrigerated almond slices, take out a small spoon and spread it on oil paper, spread it into round slices, the thinner the better, the crisper the baked taste, otherwise it will not be baked through, and it will be tough to eat.

Put it into an oven preheated in advance and bake at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes. If the thickness of the stall is not thin enough, the bake time can be slightly extended until the surface is golden yellow to avoid too deep coloring and not good-looking. After baking, take it out and let it cool. After cooling, the taste is crisp.

In this formula, I used 30 grams of powdered sugar. The finished product is not so sweet. If you like dessert, you can use 35 grams of powdered sugar. If you don't like too sweet like me, you can use 30 grams of powdered sugar.
