Jinsha Tofu Shrimp/Salted Egg Yolk Tofu Shrimp
A family of all sizes like to eat simple home cooking.🥣Materials: 3 salted egg yolks, 150 grams of shrimps, 2 pieces of soft tofu and 1 small hand of green beans. Marinade for shrimp: 2 tsp corn starch, 1 tsp cooking wine, 1/4 tsp salt and a little white pepper. 1 small bowl of boiling water (about 250 ml),3/4 small spoon of salt, 1 small spoon of sugar, 1/2 small spoon of cooking wine and a proper amount of white pepper. Starch water (1 tablespoon corn starch 2 tablespoons clear water).‼️ 1 tablespoon = 1 Tbsp = 15 ml,1 tablespoon = 1 tsp = 5 ml‼The amount of salt is adjusted according to the saltiness of the salty egg yolk itself.

Use the spatula to keep gently pushing the ingredients in the pot. When the sauce thickens and all the ingredients are wrapped in sauce, they are ready to come out of the pot.
