Delicious to the flying Oreo peanut nougat!
Thanks to Lulu's drinking lulu mm, I learned that nougat can be made into an invincible and delicious Oreo flavor. The prescription was slightly changed on her basis, reducing the amount of Oreos, adding ground peanuts that she thought were indispensable for nougat, and adding sour and sweet cranberries to enhance flavor. On the same day, it was packaged and given to my friends, which received strong favorable comments. Basically, it was the kind that could not stop without eating three. The new recipe is ready to be used as a reserved match for nougat in the future, and will be shared with you by the way. Dare not say absolutely, 99% you will fall in love!❤PS: The prescription is about 80 pieces of small size sugar. The medium size should make about 60 yuan. For reference only.
Food Ingredients
Butter 40g
Marshmallow (I use the Wuji Island brand) 180g
Milk powder 100g
Oreo Shattered 100g
Crushed Peanut 50g
Dried Cranberry Appropriate amount (about 20g)
Step
1
Practice:
1. Melt butter over low heat, add marshmallow and stir-fry. After marshmallow melts, pour into milk powder and stir well.
2. turn off the fire and add crushed oreo, crushed peanuts and dried cranberries. Wear disposable gloves, and when the temperature in the pan drops to a touch, gently knead all the ingredients into a ball (do not knead for too long, Oreo pieces are delicious to keep the grainy feeling!)
3. Adjust to a suitable shape, move to a mold covered with oil paper, and gently roll it out with a rolling pin.
4. Take it out when it is cooled to low temperature, cut it with a serrated knife and cut it into pieces with a scraper knife. Wrapping sticky rice paper, candy paper can be.❤️
2
Candy is more small pieces, so dried cranberries I cut into finer small pieces.
3
marshmallow try to choose close to the original flavor.
4
Small fire throughout. Melt the butter first. Be sure to use a non-stick pan, otherwise it will be more and more heartbreaking! (The personal lessons of comrades who have been heartbroken).
5
Add the marshmallows and stir-fry until just about to melt to add the milk powder. I used twice the amount of the prescription, and the 28cm pan was just right. 3 times the amount is estimated to be able to control. Don't challenge it if it's 4 times. It's better to fry it in different times. It won't take long to fry it once.
6
Turn it over until it is basically blended together and turn off the fire.
7
Add Oreo crumble, peanut crumble, cranberry crumble. Wear disposable gloves and gently knead into a ball when the temperature in the pot is low and hands can touch it.
8
Move to a mold covered with oil paper. I forgot the shop here, which caused a little trouble when taking out the back. Although it is a non-stick mold, the bottom of nougat is still relatively sticky. Everyone remembers that the shop is!
9
There are many ingredients. I made the original ones by the way. The original flavor ratio is: 40g butter, 180g marshmallow, 100g milk powder, 150g peanut chips and 20g cranberry. The practice is basically the same as that of Oreo, that is, Oreo is not added in the end.
10
Double prescription Oreo, double prescription original flavor, just full of 28 square plates.
11
Put it for a while and take it out after it is basically shaped.
12
The thickness is relatively large, and the width of the cut is relatively small. Sugar is still delicious in small pieces.
13
Oreo broken gently knead into the ball is to retain granular, this step is very, very important! I have seen many chefs kneading too much, causing the nougat to turn black and the Oreo pieces to be completely invisible. On the one hand, the taste is not the best (they say so themselves), and on the other hand, the appearance is not as granular as it looks.
14
When cutting can be used with serrated knife and scraper. That is, after the serrated knife is cut until it is quickly broken, the scraper is used to slide down the cut. It's not easy to cut the mat underneath.
15
The two missing corners in the upper right corner have been destroyed by me and the girl. The glutinous rice paper is unbeatable and delicious!
16
Glutinous rice paper is a must, to prevent sticking and to relieve greasiness.
17
Before wrapping the candy paper, the shape of the nougat can be adjusted appropriately, and the two ends are slightly pinched. The candy paper won't break easily when twisting it this way.
18
The 28-inch square plate was finally cut into 30 pieces, each with 8 pieces. A plate can make about 240 pieces of candy, which is more than enough for relatives and friends to taste.
19
Girl and I think at the same time, peanut is the essence of nougat, indispensable. The hardness and fragrance of chewing after adding peanuts is the best memory of nougat!❤️
20
Personally, I feel that the original taste is greasy, far less delicious than Oreo. However, it also depends on preferences. The one in my family can't stop eating the original flavor :)
21
Therefore, it is recommended to cut into small pieces.
22
The peanut I matched was 150g, and I felt there was a problem adding it to 200g. Everyone is afraid of sweet and greasy. You can try more.
23
The nougat wrapped in candy paper is very cute and can't help but pat on all kinds of pats. Don't bother to watch the direct pass ha!

Wrwrap a piece of sticky rice paper and then wrap it in sugar paper.

A universal treasure chooses a favorite packaging bag or box to pack. In an instant, my best friend saw the photo and asked me if I was ready to sell it :)
Compared with frying, it takes a lot of time to pack sugar. I can only pack 4 sugar in a minute. Where can I sell it? Just kill it to my house and eat it!

I didn't calculate the workload in advance, and these 240 candies made me and the girl dizzy. When you do it, you should have more time in advance.

Neighbors sent them, children's friends sent them, relatives sent some more, and there were only a few poor ones left that night. It was rare to see my husband show a distressed color. He seldom eats sugar at ordinary times. Today, he tasted the first one and couldn't accept it. This shows the charm of this nougat!
Oreo peanut nougat, it is strongly recommended that you try it when you are free. Simple and easy to do, why not!❤️
